Career
The story does not start on a social network. It starts in a computer course he did not want to be in, and it continues through systems where stopping was not an option.
Olsen Rodrigo has spent more than 18 years where technology and operations meet. The long stretch is Matrix, on the systems that process 70 million exams a month. The stretch of formal leadership is AmorSaúde Brasil, with more than 25 million lives impacted. The current stretch is Sintetiza AI, the company he founded in December 2025. The thread through all three is the project.
